Faithful Finish Lines is an online Christian women’s weight loss program. On September 15, 2019 we are introducing a brand new membership program called Faithful Finish Lines 2.0 Membership.
This in-depth program guides women step-by-step through the weight loss process. There’s no other program quite like it available.

What is the Faithful Finish Lines 2.0 Membership?
The Faithful Finish Lines 2.0 Membership is a program that guides women step by step through lasting weight loss while keeping Christ at the center of the process. The program has 10 Stages that guide women through the spiritual, physical, and mental aspects of weight loss.
Does the Faithful Finish Lines 2.0 Membership have a specific diet?
At the start of the program, we recommend that women follow 6 healthy eating guidelines which includes keeping track of calories. (Most women use My Fitness Pal.) After women have gone through most of the program, we gradually move them to whole foods and an intuitive way of eating.
No foods are off limits with our program, we do not recommend a specific number of calories and we do not restrict any types of foods.
Is there a waiting list?

Do I need to be able to do specific exercises? I have health problems and can’t do a lot of workouts.
No. No specific exercise is required.
What is the cost of membership?
The program will be $49 a month. An annual membership option will be available which will be offered at a 12% discount.
Will there be support for weight loss maintenance?
Yes, there will be weight loss maintenance information and ongoing support. Remember, your leaders have been maintaining their weight loss for many years and know how to help you do it, too.
What’s included in the program?
The Faithful Finish Lines 2.0 Membership program includes 10 stages. Each stage has its own printable workbook and is carefully created to walk you step by step through completion.
The program is self-guided. We give a recommended calendar, but you go at your own pace and do what’s right for you and your schedule.
In Stage 1 – Prepare to Begin, you will learn how to navigate the program and how to set up your life to get started.
In Stage 2 – Lay the Foundation, you will lay the foundation for healthy weight loss. We will walk you step by step through exactly what you need to do to lose weight and keep it off. Each step is explained.
In Stage 3 – Build Your Healthy Diet, you will learn how to build a healthy plate. No more guessing about keto, whole30, carbs, or fats! You will learn how to create a healthy plate at every meal, a healthy meal plan for the week and a healthy pantry so you never guess which foods to reach for.
In Stage 4 – Know Biblical Truth, you’ll dive deep into what it means to keep Christ at the center of your weight loss efforts. You’ll explore growing the fruits of the spirit as you lose weight.
Stage 5 – Conquer Emotional Eating is one of the most important and meaningful stages. In stage 5, you’ll understand what emotional eating is, what you eat emotionally, and how to stop eating emotionally. You’ll explore pain from your past that may have led you to overeat and healthier ways to manage going into the future.
Stage 6 – Create Community is all about creating community. You’ll discover ways to build a healthy community that supports your weight loss efforts.
In Stage 7 – Exercise for Life you’ll begin to incorporate healthy movement and physical activity into your life in ways that work for your body and lifestyle.
In Stage 8 – Eat Real Food you’ll learn how to enjoy real, whole foods as God intended. You’ll learn which foods feel good for your body. You’ll choose which foods you want to keep in your food plan moving forward because they make you feel best.
In Stage 9 – Balance Life you’ll learn how to incorporate your new life changes into every day life in practical ways, including how to eat mindfully. You’ll begin to shift into making this a lifestyle and a way of life.
In Stage 10 – Live the Sacrifice we celebrate! This is the stage where you enjoy the rewards of weight loss. You savor your hard work and look forward to all God has planned for you.

Who is running this program?
Faithful Finish Lines is run by Becky Brown of www.soveryblessed.com and Sara Borgstede of www.theholymess.com. Becky and Sara have each lost 100 pounds and have been maintaining for many years. Becky is also a certified health coach and personal trainer.

Faithful Finish Lines has been running online programs for women since 2014. Those programs have helped hundreds of women reach their physical activity goals.
