It’s easy to get overwhelmed and simply do nothing. We encourage you to make tiny, small changes instead. This helps with the weight loss overwhelm.
Think about what you want your life to look like in the future and move toward it. Where do you want to be 6 months from now? Where do you want to be a year from now? Take steps toward that healthy life.
