What is the best exercise for weight loss?

Do you wonder what is the best exercise for weight loss?

Running is a great exercise for weight loss because it burns a high number of calories per minute, but not everyone can run due to injuries or ability.

Walking is great because it’s low in cost and doesn’t require special equipment.

The truth is that the best exercise for weight loss the one you will actually do and stick with long term. Choose the exercise that makes you feel great. It doesn’t matter which exercise it is as long as you enjoy it. Whether that’s yoga, walking, running, martial arts, hiking, swimming, tennis, team sports, or many others, all exercise is a great possible exercise for weight loss.
